DOUBLE CAP RIVETS DIES: These die sets are compatible with double cap tubular rivets of size 10mm. The size of the base or lower part is 12mm(approx.), and the screw thread is 6mm(approx).
BLUE MACHINE DIES: These two-piece die tool set is made of iron which is strong, sturdy and durable. It fits and is amicable to the blue hand press machine for fixing, moulding and hole cutting of double cap rivets.
EASY TO USE: You will no longer use extreme hard work using hammers and other tools to fix the rivets, it will be easy to use these dies with the blue machine to fix the rivets. Just fit the dies into the blue machine and simple to mould as well as fix the rivets.
HOW IT WORKS: Insert the bottom part of the rivets towards the bottom part of a pre-punched hole, place and adjust the upper part of the rivets and press them with the help of the handle in the blue hand press machine.
PROFESSIONAL USAGE: You can cleanly and neatly create professional-looking rivets as per your choice. It is suitable for applications on various materials such as vinyl, corrugated plastic, leather, fabric, poster board and many other substrates. Please note you will get the die set only. Double-cap rivets and blue machine hand press are not included.
