Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be returned in its original packaging.

Please provide a receipt or order confirmation with the return so that it can be easily identified.

Refunds

Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the refund within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

Your will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item has been received faulty or you have received items different from which you have ordered. In such cases we will provide a pre-paid returns label.

Should the goods be deemed to be without fault or as ordered after inspection the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
